Hello RileyBugz -- You can pay for infrastructure three ways: (1) from current revenues, (2) from future revenues [bonds], or (3) PPP. All through the campaign, Trump said he preferred PPP. The Bloomberg article said the administration preferred this funding methods, even if DJT was saying something different that day, What kind of reference do you want?
