Roberts Loom Date?[edit]

Remarkably, the Roberts Loom is not mentioned by name despite having its own wiki article. I was going to rectify this, but the article for it says it was introduced in 1830, while this article says 'Following the success of his power loom, in 1825 he invented a slotting machine to cut keyways in gears and pulleys to fasten them to their shafts.' This obviously suggests his loom predates 1825, an apparent contradiction which I do not have the knowledge to resolve. I hope someone else can. LastDodo (talk) 13:40, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
