Merge of Risum and Risong Township[edit]

Merge Rationale:
Both Risum and Risong Township are linked to the same Mandarin Chinese Wikipedia page (zh:日松乡) hence implying they the same thing
The NGA GEOnet database lists them as the same thing
Google Maps shows them as the same thing

@Klbrain: Risum-Lindholm in Germany seems like a legitimate target for people looking for "Risum", because it contains a former municipality named "Risum". Risum-Lindholm has had 196 pageviews over the last 90 days, while Risum has had 350. It doesn't seem that one of these is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC.
