Europe perspective[edit]
"The examples and perspective in this article deal primarily with Europe and do not represent a worldwide view of the subject" I am removing this tag since the "River Basin Management Plan" is Europe-specific in that it is the name given to a specific part of the policy-making and governance relating to water management.Jimjamjak (talk) 15:03, 15 October 2009 (UTC)
