Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... the person described, Robert J. Sexton, has been working on the entertainment industry for years as a music video director, but this isn't even the main reason. Sexton is a virtual reality director, someone working in a generally new medium, and one whom is pioneering this new medium. His work is featured on many well known sources, including the first heavy metal narrative VR video ever, which premiered on the Wall Street Journal. Not only does this sort of recognition mean he should be recognized, but he should truly be recognized as an artist working in a fairly new medium that will continue to develop. --2607:FB90:2840:8811:413D:78C2:1B7B:DF70 (talk) 23:59, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed Name Change[edit]

Proposing changing the name of this page from "Robert J. Sexton" to simply "Robert Sexton". There is no other Robert Sexton with a Wikipedia page, and this change would make it easier to find this page, especially because the figure in question apparently uses just "Robert Sexton" on sites like IMDb. What are everyone's thoughts?
