Russian Grids → Rosseti – Per WP:COMMONNAME. Russian Grids is a translation of the company name while company itself uses also in English its common name Rosseti. Beagel (talk) 19:02, 28 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

http://www.rosseti.ru/about/facts/spravka/ seems to support Official name as it presents "ОАО «Россети» ...". Only the word "Rosseti"is placed in the «» Russian quote marks.
