I tagged for 'confusing', as I am not an expert in the subject matter (like most of the readers will be), and after reading the article, three times, I'm still confused as to the subject matter. Maybe it is the inconsistent use of capitalization, or the fact that it isn't wikified so it isn't easy to look up a few terms, but some clarity would be useful, and I certainly can't do it myself or I would. PS: The utter vast majority of the reliable sources that deal with the Safavid era (or even Afsharid/Zand/Qajar eras) spell it as "Qarabagh", not "Karabakh". I.e.:

Name of the Article Qarabagh -> Karabakh[edit]

I understand that the native name used for it is Qarabagh, but this is also the case for every single other article with the name "Karabakh" in it. I think we should be consistent. The de facto English name for the region is "Karabakh," so I don't mind keeping the article named "Safavid Karabakh," but I disagree with keeping it "Qarabagh." Kentronhayastan (talk)
