OK then Mr flamin' know-all, you seem to be fully conversant with the intricacies of this sort of thing. I am asking YOU to do this on my behalf please. I fail to see why you can't as I have provided proper source information care of the BMJ. My only concern is to tell the accurate truth on this person's life, but your concern seems only to belittle 'lesser' mortals such as myself. Now, please, stop being so petty minded.
