Citation style[edit]

In addition to being a bare URL, the single currently cited source is a 200+ page document that cannot be efficiently searched using a standard ctrl-F search (and is in a language that doesn't use the Latin alphabet to boot). While page numbers are always helpful and should be included, due to these other factors that make it harder to search, the citation as currently written is nearly useless.
