Largest seating capacities[edit]
A great addition to this article would be a list of some of the largest seating capacity venues (historically and current). Is anyone able to provide this data? Thanks! Robert K S 19:46, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway has far more permanent seats than the Bristol Motor Speedway. The Indianapolis 500 has had attendance of over 300,000 people and is the largest one-day sporting event in the world. - Drew B., West Lafayette, Indiana
