I'll take care later in January. Don't be offended, but the lead and the following text are plain funny - machine translation? If a street that emerged in the 18th century (end of it to be exact) is "one of the original main streets" of a city founded some six century before ... then something doesn't add up, or does it? Not machine translated, just a mistranslation. The russian word сложившаяся is fairly unclear here, and I must have gone into machine translation mode and not paid attention to the complete impossibility of what I was translating.
