Date of publication[edit]

As with many albums in the Duke Ellington catalog, All Music is confused about the placement of this in the Ellington discography. Currently, it is listed there as a 1958 album, notwithstanding that half of the tracks were recorded in February of 1959. Since Ellington released multiple albums each year, I can't tell which albums should properly be the "previous" and "next". --Moonriddengirl 20:07, 17 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Most record collectors do not think of release dates. Most of the time they think of recording dates, particularly when it comes to 78s. --Ellingtonrecords (talk) 20:34, 3 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
