overquote, overreliance[edit]
The two main problems are that the page relies entirely upon a single authority, and that it appears the entire entry from Prout has been quoted (so looking like an intellectual-property violation).
The quote will definitely have to be substantially reduced if only for length. But it appears that this is a cut-and-paste from a table of some sort, and therefore rather poor prose. As well, technical terminology that is unexplained ("fuscous-margined" "discocellular") is beyond the needs of most Wikipedia users. Finally, either before or after the Prout passage the article text ought to give the reader some indication as why specifically this block of text is here presented.
