The CENIS case, or scandal, probably deserves an article on its own. A primary source in Spanish is the 2008 indictment here. The source cited in this article for CENIS is a reasonable summary in English, but I suspect that there is a great deal more coverage, unfortunately as this was a "political football" finding reliable sources may be a challange. --Bejnar (talk) 23:40, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
