Streets confusion[edit]

The Routes section seems to be a little confused...it says, "The next segment to the east, from Cedar Street to Central Street, is in the design phase . . . and the next portion, from Central Street to Lowell Street...." This makes no sense because Lowell Street lies between Cedar and Central: a segment from Cedar to Central would cross Lowell and it would make little sense for the next sections run back again from Central to Lowell. My best guess is that Central and Lowell have been swapped in this section; but not being up on what the plans really are, I hesitate to change it.--Ericjs (talk) 23:43, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Agree that it made no sense. Have removed the internally contradictory wording and retained what seems to be consistent with the cited map. At least nothing remains that calls for backtracking. Hertz1888 (talk) 22:24, 21 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Railroad History[edit]

I know people are passionate about trains, but is the railroad history appropriate in this article about the bike path? For example: "The Boston and Lowell Railroad was chartered in 1830 and started service in 1835. The main line is now the MBTA Lowell Line." I just don't see how that's directly related to the bike path. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AndyTheBouncer (talkcontribs) 04:54, 4 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
