I am somewhat puzzled by the mention of Perth. Do they mean Perth in Scotland? Why would the English parliament be appointing suffragans there? (Note that Newman must have been similarly puzzled: Tracts for the Times number 33 also gives this list but spells the same entry "Pereth", which as far as I can see isn't the name of anywhere.)
