KMOS-Tower Syracuse[edit]

Is the KMOS Tower ( http://en.structurae.de/structures/data/index.cfm?id=s0007913 ) situated in Syracuse, Missouri (according to http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/AsrSearch/asrRegistration.jsp?regKey=603905 , there is no radio masts taller than 600 metres in Syracuse, Missouri, USA so far) Is the transmission site for KMOS in Syracuse or in Fordland? Is the KMOS Tower identic with the KY3 Tower ( http://en.structurae.de/structures/data/index.cfm?ID=s0015717 )? Please check the situation.
