This is my first article, so I may have done a lot of mistakes while editing it. Especially grammar one. As you have noticed english is not my native language :(
So i would be happy if someone can help me editing it.

Closed dialing[edit]
According to Latvia's new National Numbering Plan from 2016.01.01 Latvia started using closed dialing procedure - the procedures which prescribe a uniform (unified) number format and unified dialing. All regular telephone numbers are of length 8. E_rulez (talk) 10:03, 22 August 2019 (UTC)
