Source?[edit]

"TES has gained a reputation as a well-equipped organization which can deploy on short notice resources such as radar, sonar, scuba diving or SAR dog teams, and vehicles ranging from all-terrain vehicles to boats to aircraft to remotely operated vehicles."

Is there a source to support this claim? Perhaps it is indeed true, but (to me) it sounds suspiciously like the opinion of the editor who inserted the statement... -Grammaticus Repairo (talk) 15:05, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to edit it accordingly. That line always didn't sit well with me, but being located where they are based, I see them in action quite a bit, so it is hard for me to be impartial. --Hourick (talk) 22:51, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Original editor here who wrote this line. I have no affiliation with the organization but am a member of the EMS community in Houston. The information comes from conversations with people from around here who have worked with TES (which I personally have not). I agree that it sounds opinionated. Feel free to edit, and thanks (to both of you) for improving the page. -BigDukeSix (talk) 21:27, 18 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Timeframes?[edit]

Two later entries in the list of notable searches use the phrase "Search currently underway" without providing a time frame. Shouldn't that include an entry date or some other indication of the time frame?50.175.88.50 (talk) 21:44, 13 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
