Request For Comment: Possible Conflict of Interest/Spam[edit]

This is a dispute regarding the possible commerical intents of this article. 18:32, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Keep. Am I happy that this article was created by the almost-certainly interest conflicted User:FearFest2 instead of one of the half dozen of us creating articles for Texas sfnal conventions and events? No. Should it be deleted? Again, no. I've already started rephrasing text to make it more encyclopedic and far less promotional in nature. In a few weeks, especially if somebody has photos to share, this could be a nice B class article that describes a large cultural event in North Texas. That said, this article certainly deserves a Notable Wikipedian tag to alert readers to the ties between User:FearFest2 and this event. - Dravecky 19:48, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Corey Feldman controversy[edit]

Given that it received widespread media coverage, a paragraph or two about the controversy spakred by Corey Feldman's public statements and blog post after FF3 is almost certainly warranted. - Dravecky (talk) 21:43, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Camp Blood needs to be edited.[edit]

Many of the guests advertised are not apperaring, fans are upset, John Gray is refusing refunds and threatening lawsuits to anyone who questions him, fans checking into it found out nothing is scheduled at the hotel for that date, many of the guests say they never signed on for the show or even heard of it but are advertised as attending. As many remember, the show WAS scheduled last Aug but was moved from a hotel to a sports bar, then "postponed" 2 weeks before the show, costing many fans money on non-refundable airfare and hotel reservations. Gray is being investigated.

EDIT The Website has now been removed, all that pops up is John Gray's email, Gray has also been removed from Guts and Gory and the Camp Blood forum removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.39.140.163 (talk) 22:20, 6 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
