Can someone help me out with a better name than this? Thanks! Trollderella 15:50, 26 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Have there been any legal challenges to this statute? It seems rather severe and in a state as large as Texas I would be surprised if people (especially business owners) haven't challenged it legally. Just curious. LearningKnight 16:40, 4 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think it must be just an outdated law, I'm originally from Texas, and there are plenty of shops in Houston that both "Promote the use of and sale" Dildos and Vibrators.

This article name should really be changed. It's idiotic, like saying "That Death Penalty thing in Texas". 69.148.75.78 05:26, 22 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The first citation is to a CNN story about the arrest and pending trial, but the text says she was aquitted "and the officers reprimanded." I have not found any evidence that they held a trial and certainly nothing about reprimanding the officers. If that is what happened then this article needs a better citation. There is quite a lot of news about the trial (some at [1] [2] [3] ), but nothing about the reprimand that I can find on google. 62.136.142.213 (talk) 03:28, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
