I always wondered why Walsh would base the name of her collection of stories on a revolutionary music subculture. Its rather annoying having to sift through her book results in a google search. Irvine, if you ever read this: I hate your goddamn book. 203.57.241.67 02:02, 31 May 2007 (UTC)Encise[reply]

Wow, I really don't know where to start. Its 'Welsh', the author is male and it is pretty obvious that you have never read the 'goddamn book' as you nicely put it so therefore, have no authority to speak. Idiot.

Yeah what he said, Try read it and find out! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.12.0.14 (talk) 14:25, 30 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've changed the importance level of this article, mainly to draw attention to it. No way is it a "low," it's widely studied at Universities and is regarded as one of the most important books Welsh has written, it was made into a successful movie; it's an important book, although I'm not sure where it should fit on the Wiki importance scale. I'll leave it like this now and try to come back an improve the article itself in the future.
