Page move[edit]

This page was moved from "The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1923 silent film)" to "The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1923 film)" as per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (films). As no other film entitled "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" was released in 1923, no further disambiguation is necessary. -- Ianblair23 (talk) 01:21, 23 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

This is a horror film?[edit]

Seriously? You're kidding, right? Having Lon Chaney in grotesque make up doesn't mean it's a horror film. This was Universal's big budget prestige picture for 1923. JonasEB (talk) 07:00, 19 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Hay's Code[edit]

As far as I can see it, the paragraph concerning the Hay's Code is wrong. In the Hay's Code Article it is stated that the code was installed in 1930, but the Hunchback is from 1923. So The Hay's Code has nothing to do with the changes to the script- — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.219.56.170 (talk) 20:38, 29 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, that was completely wrong. I have no idea why such a thing was ever here. I've removed it. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 01:14, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
