No receipts?[edit]

This statement is undocumented and on its face ridiculous. No one paid to see it? It was pretty controversial at the time; surely the controversy caused someone to drop the $1.75 or so that it was back then for a ticket. That the film was not a "hit" is certain; that it didn't recoup production costs seems likely, but this needs to be documented rather than just boldly asserted. 75.200.72.68 (talk) 00:41, 19 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. I tagged it as "citation needed". If nothin' is produced, I'll try to come back and just cut it. Thanks. Ale And Quail (talk) 20:35, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I see that the no-receipts statement still appears. I will delete it. John Link (talk) 03:34, 16 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Editorializing in synopsis[edit]

The final two paragraphs of the Plot Synopsis read more like film criticism, though no sources are cited for its conclusions. 184.98.136.222 (talk) 09:19, 6 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, that stood out badly. I cut those paragraphs. Ale And Quail (talk) 20:29, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
