Photographic goofs[edit]

At about 8:00, during the first instance of photographing papers, Fields takes several photos with his Minox camera. After the last photo, he opens the camera to remove the film cassette. This would ruin the last picture taken; he should have advanced the film once or twice before opening the back of the camera.

When the fingerprints in the stolen car are being photographed, the 4x5 inch press camera is way too close. To make a photo that close, the camera front would have to be extended quite a bit more than is shown.
