Proposed merger[edit]

But Broughton was known always as T.R.S. Broughton, to file it under simply Thomas Broughton would make it more difficult for users to discover the article.

When two articles are merged, one article is left blank with a Redirect command, so anyone search for one name will be directed to the other. As this article (TRSB) was the better article. this is kept as the main article in any case. Thatcher131 02:22, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

MRR[edit]

I'd like to suggest that MRR not be given its own separate article (it's redlinked at the moment). I think Broughton and this work are sufficiently intertwined that separating them would diminish each, especially since some of his other work directly complements MRR. What I'd like to do in the near future is give MRR its own subhead in this article; that way, you can link to it directly if you choose. Cynwolfe (talk) 16:23, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
