Why is there an area apparently blurred out on a Google map view?[edit]

When looking at a Google satellite view of Udvada, in the southern 'pan-handle' there is a large area around 'Sod Faliya (cricket) Ground' which is blurred. Does anyone know why? Are these just clouds?
