Text recently added to this article seems to be English translation of article in ru-wiki. Wikis are not RS. The Russian wiki article cites some sources in Russian. I have not found any RS in English about this university, which seems to have closed in 2018. I am leaving the text in the article on the principle "better something than nothing" but adding a warning at the top of the page. Feel free to enact your own better decision. Seeing as this is probably one of the few actual useful contributions of our now-banned fellow, I figured it could be worth it to try and improve the article a bit, so I added some of the sources from ru wiki that I could verify plus a few I could find myself. Not all are great, mind you, as they are largely local media and one is even an official booklet published by the university (only used to identify university staff, though). However, since it's entirely uncontroversial content, it shouldn't make much of a difference. I took the liberty of removing the OR tag as well, hopefully you won't have an issue with that. Cheers.
