Z batteries[edit]

This article confuses the 2 inch naval "unrotated projectile" rocket weapon, with the later 3 inch used in the z batteries--there are very different! (posted 17:20, 11 April 2009 by 71.185.222.211 )

There are details of the 3inch weapon at the BBC Peoples War site

Agreed, there seems to be confusion between the 2 & 3 inch rockets, with info spread across this page, RP-3, and Land Mattress.Yorkist (talk) 01:08, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I have now removed the Z Battery mention from the lead paragraph, and created a separate paragraph in the "Development" section, making it clear that they were different rockets. Alansplodge (talk) 17:50, 10 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

parachute and cable[edit]

There is a link to this article on the "pac" disambiguation page, "parachute and cable", but no reference to that name in this article. Jmichael ll (talk) 06:44, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@GraemeLeggett: Thanks for cleaning up my type-strewn additions, it serves me right for typing too fast. Apropos the 7-inch rocket, Postan doesn't mention it. Do any of your sources? Regards Keith-264 (talk) 21:46, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I've decided to add material first and worry about structure second due to the limitations of my sources. Keith-264 (talk) 11:16, 16 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@5.173.41.98: Thanks for looking over the article. Regards Keith-264 (talk) 19:44, 20 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Unit confusion[edit]

The second sentence starts "A 7 in It would be helpful to expand "in" to "inch" — Preceding unsigned comment added by W102102 (talkcontribs) 20:13, 11 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
