Why list names?[edit]

I don't see any policy that addresses this... Why does this page include a list of people whose name includes Velazquez? I recognize that Anthroponymy != Disambiguation, but I would think that the model of WP:D#lists would make sense for this project as well. WP is not a search engine or an index. And even if it is, an authoritative list of Velazquezes can be found with a search. What do people think?  ◉ ghoti 20:10, 18 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Velazquez" as a phonethical construct is most widely known - by people with other interests then getting anally frustrated on-line - AS A NAME. Hence, the people at wikipedia found it quaint to include that "bunch of names" as to ease access to general information by people in general. Do you understand???? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Teoferseta (talkcontribs) 17:35, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Velazquez Arms and House mark[edit]

The heraldic books have great information that would be lost in history. Such as The origin of many last names are royal. And the Children of the royal family have Solares or House marks. Zamora and Toro are the daughters of the king and they got house marks or villas, While the 3 sons got kingdoms, Galicia, Leon y Castilla.
