I would like to include the picture as it appears on the german language page, at the moment it is just a link

Maastricht[edit]

I found a "via regia" in Maastricht.

http://maps.google.nl/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=nl&geocode=&q=via+regia&sll=50.858112,5.658174&sspn=0.013166,0.02665&ie=UTF8&radius=0.58&rq=1&ev=zo&ll=50.858112,5.658174&spn=0.013166,0.02665&t=h&z=15

It looks rather modern.

Names on maps[edit]

The names of the towns and countries on the two maps are in German (Antwerpen, Brügge, Kiew, etc.) and French (Londres, Lisbonne, Espagne, etc.). Can someone provide English-language maps instead?213.127.210.95 (talk) 14:56, 13 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Confusing article[edit]

The article is almost unreferenced and therefore highly confusing. It mixes many things into one. Most of all, it confuses the historical term with modern torist business promotionalism. For example, how did 'via regia' manage to reach Moscow? Staszek Lem (talk) 17:29, 18 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
