Bit perplexed as to why this is the called Vice Prresident. I don't see anything that calls the position this and the official title is Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers. Shouldn't this use the official title? TastyPoutinetalk (if you dare) 14:23, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
For the same reason we call (e.g.) the President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic "Prime Minister". Also, the reference aid "Chiefs of State and Cabinet members of foreign governments (Mar.-Oct. 1992.)" does call the position Vice President (page 365).
