This is overtly and blatantly written with one agenda in mind. There is not so much as a single superficial attempt to show what this company did for the city it promoted, only to create scandal. It seems to me that this warrants a major overhaul by someone who can objectively explain its actual purpose and benefits to the City of Dallas, and not just the interests of some media outlets making money from a whiff of a scandal. 66.182.194.238 (talk) 00:33, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
