Role in Russo-Japanese War[edit]

The article states "He fought on the Japanese side in the Russo-Japanese War." This is highly questionable if not downright incorrect as Britain was not a belligerent nation in the war although British officers were sent to the war as correspondents, observers and attaches.Cloptonson (talk) 21:59, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
