@user:Marcelus: I appreciate that there is "ó" in the original spelling of the founder's name, but the institution itself does not use ó in its English name. See its homepage. As a result, most other institutions do not use ó either to refer to the library. It's not right for Wikipedia to try to correct the name to what it thinks it should be and WP:COMMONNAME should be followed. Renata3 20:47, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Take a look at this: [1], [2], [3], [4]; the name with "ó" is used by a lot of authors, even Lithuanian ones. It not unusual that English texts often omits diacritics, but in Wikipedia we tend to correct that. Marcelus (talk) 21:10, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, there are sources that use ó, but they are in the minority. I personally prefer ó (it only makes sense), but deference should be given to the official website and the most common name. Renata3 01:05, 18 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
