Results added 10-11 aug 2014[edit]

I have added all the results I could find in Norwegian newspaper archeives. Unfortunately I could not find all the years. The Norwegian newspaper archives (Retriever) is a subscription service provided on the net so I am not able to provide urls. I have added appropriate quotations as a replacement including the first three winners.
