Importance to the Gay Community in Puerto Rico[edit]

I'm surprised that this article mentions nothing about Yolandita's importance in the Gay Community of Puerto Rico. How many songs has she released that are, beyond a shadow of a doubt, directed to and about her compassionate concerns for the Gay Community? Or is it that the article is giving in to Puerto Rico's code of silence on such matters.
