Kobayashi appears to have a high world rank in women's Keirin but there is no mention of her on Union Cycliste Internationale website. --Shirt58 (talk) 11:40, 13 August 2014 (UTC).[reply]

Apologies for the linking, there is now no escape from article wikifying! Maybe this will finally motivate me to break into double digits in wikifying count this month though!

Notability criteria for Cyclists can be found at WP:NCYC. Given that she raced at the UCI world championships she seems to meet notability standards. MOS:JAPAN should be useful for japanese names (you picked a real nightmare of an article to deal with for someone not fluent in japanese though). Have fun!

This is why I run away screaming as fast as possiblewhen the random article generator gives me something tough, and end up adding ledes to short articles about the Jordan League instead.
