Edit Request[edit]

To allow the population template to pull dates, population values and references from either the local page which contains these numbers (ie Template:Swiss populations data CH-ZH) or the Wikidata entry for the page, update all three templates above with the version found in each sandbox of each of the pages. The test cases for Swiss Populations shows all three templates.Tobyc75 (talk) 14:04, 19 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

At the moment the consensus is still to prefer pulling from local sources before attempting to pull from WD. Please swap around the sandboxess to do so, and also make sure the testcases show the comparison between the "live" and sandbox versions (I find {{test case|_format=inline|_showcode=yes|XXX|YYY}} works well). Basel typo[edit]

Hi. There's a typo in the Basel-Stadt population figure... should be obvious. Population is about ten times less. Please can this be addressed pronto. Thanks. Sumorsǣte (talk) 13:40, 28 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
