Article assessments[edit]

Gun fu[edit]

The audience for this article most likely consists of people interested in this style of combat, especially in film. They're likely to have seen or heard of it in films like John Wick The Matrix etc. and media surrounding such movies, including interviews, behind the scene content, and more. They probably are interested in learning the origins of gun fu; where it came from and where else it shows up. The current state of this article has a good section explaining the origins of the style in cinema, but lacks information regarding origins of the actual term and how it came to be known as "gun fu". There's also a lot of examples that aren't really organized the best and have a lot of issues with citations. My main goals for editing this article are to organize sections better, find good sources for information that needs it, and make it more digestible for the average reader.

Vampire lifestyle[edit]

The audience for this article most likely consists of people interested in clinical vampirism, vampire mythology, vampire pop culture, or subcultures relating to/within the realm of the goth subculture. They're likely to have an interest in vampires and content relating to the mythical creature or may even identify as a real vampire themselves. The current state of this article is currently a bare bones outline of modern vampire culture and needs a lot of fleshing out. It lacks a good overview of what modern vampirism is and what someone identifying as a vampire typically looks like as well as how they live differently or similarly to normal people. Also, there are issues with currently added sources not reflecting modern society and the overall tone or style not reflecting Wikipedia's encyclopedic tone. My main goals for editing this article are to expand upon already existing sections to provide a better explanation of this subculture, make the style and tone of the article more encyclopedic, and find and cite third party sources that better reflect modern society. I may contact Ineffablebookkeeper and work off of their comments on the Vampire lifestyle talk page.
