Hosting includes agenda linking and publishing online to a web site tailored to the individual Customer. Video can be uploaded from any camera or recording system directly to the host and auto published.

Videominutes.net has made great strides in opening up Government meetings to be available at anytime from anywhere. It includes: Linked documents, multiple video upload capability, clickable links to key agenda points in the video and has a constituent feedback function.

Videominutes.net also helps offload storage and streaming video traffic from the Customers network and website which has been historically one of the largest worries of internal IT departments.
