The Ultimaker 2+ is a 3D printer manufactured by the Dutch company Ultimaker. The printer was released in January 2016 as an upgraded version of the highly successful Ultimaker 2 family and also features 3 printers, the taller Ultimaker 2 Extended+ and the redesigned Ultimaker 2+ Connect. Compared to the older Ultimaker 2 family, which is soon to be discontinued, the Ultimaker 2+ family includes a redesigned feeder wheel and motor, easily swappable nozzles and a new nozzle heating system.
