This user account is a bot operated by Draicone (talk). It is used to make repetitive automated or semi-automated edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually, in accordance with the bot policy. This bot does not yet have the approval of the community, or approval has been withdrawn or expired, and therefore shouldn't be making edits that appear to be unassisted except in the operator's or its own user and user talk space.
Administrators: if this bot is making edits that appear to be unassisted to pages not in the operator's or its own userspace, please block it.

This account was established by User:Draicone for his AWB edits. It is permitted by policy. If you have any queries/comments, please direct them to his talk page as DraiconeBot's may not be monitored.

DraiconeBot is simply another human assisted bot to speed up janitorial tasks. Currently its main function is spellchecking (under my direct control - this is an AWB bot, nothing else) however recently I have been converting {{Wikify}} to {{Wikify-date|{{subst:CURRENTMONTHNAME}} {{subst:CURRENTYEAR}}}} (again, under my constant supervision; the diff of every edit is previewed before the edit is made). It will be run for as long as it is neccessary, unless a significant change to AWB find+replace is made, in which case I (Draicone) will stop using it until I rewrite the simple scripts it uses. This bot has AWB clearance as a user only. The 'using AWB' message cannot be suppressed; all edits made using AWB will therefore be marked as such.
