Also Ilhamtr is a nickname of Ilham Mamedov.

Ilham Mamedov was born in Uzbekistan in July 1984.

He is an Ethnic Turkish from Georgia (country), Akhaltsikhe region, Located in Caucasus.

His Grandparents was exiled from their Homeland to the Central Asia's Uzbekistan state.

During the Population transfer in the Soviet Union, Ethnic Turkish Minority from Ahiska.

Then in June 1989 during the Fergana Pogroms Uzbekistan his family moved to Russian Federation.

Then after they moved to Kyrgyzstan, where he study at Chinghiz Aitmatov Kyrgyz-Turkish Bishkek High School.

Later on he went to study Undergraduate program in Istanbul, Turkey.

He admit to Faculty of Communication at Marmara University, his field of study was Radio Television and Cinema, and

main field was Central Asian Cinema History, he made an a Research Paper and publish it.

Later after he begun to work as a Export Sales Manager at FIRAT PLASTIK company located in Istanbul.

For the moment he is working on his first Novel related to Ahiska People Tragedy.
