Adrian Bent[edit]
Adrian Bent.[1] is a Canadian Musician from Toronto, Ontario. He is also the founder of Against The Grain Productions [2].
While most notably drumming for Drake[3][4], Adrian has extensively toured the world performing to Millions of music fans across the globe. When not on tour with Drake, he has played alongside the likes of Daniel Caesar[5] [6]and Victoria Monêt[7], to name a few.
Through his numerous Drum Masterclasses [8][9][10], Adrian has found a way to connect to a new and hungry generation of young drummers in an effort to educate and inspire.
Adrian is endorsed by Pearl Drums[11], Evans Drumheads[12], Sabian Cymbals[13] and Pro-Mark Drumsticks[14]
Drumming aside, Adrian is also a Musical Director, working with artists needing to create a full show experience for artists such as Tink[15], Victoria Monêt, Jilly[16], and Jully Black[17].
Adrian is also a multi instrumentalist composer, releasing music under his namesake[18] as well as scores for Film and TV projects. Under the umbrella of Against The Grain Music Inc (ATG), he has already scored multiple short films, amassing multiple awards on the festival circuit[19][20].
