Transporters(membrane bound proteins): Transporters are membrane bound proteins which helps to transport molecules and ions across a membrane. this transports are example for active transport.

They bound to one or few substrate molecules at the same time. It undergoes conformational change in the structure so that the bound molecules are transportes across the membrane. The movement of the molecules are slow

using transporters.
