Is a work experience program where the participant (intern) gains experience while working in a remote professional setting and is not physically present at the job location. Some people are identified by different means teleworking, virtual work, virtual experience, or others. but is the same educating environment that they give to students. It the same natural habit without facing your workplace. This gives the employee an advance to work. Only needing a mobile or a material that allows him to communicate. It would be very beneficial for the internship since it will be able to work at the time you want from the place you want without any interference. Working from home or anywhere from a given period, through various platforms, social networks, and more, through a smart device is the job that every internship wants to have^[1]. The different virtual interns communicate with their employer online through various means. All of these, including:

Therefore, is the reason they decided to give this new idea a chance to prove that it's worth it and to create a change. By that been said, internships have proven to be by far the best and most real experience of having a job or being in a job environment. Besides, when they presented this idea, it was for students or people to allow them to grow and learned how to manage real work experiences. After over various decades, people started to evolve through the years with technology, that is why the idea of starting virtual internships began to have light in the 21 century. It has been one of a big change in the world of work, but it has been the latest and valuable investment that professionals have given a chance.

Also, it provides the help of gaining experience in a period in a real place of a work area and guarantees the student learn and apply skills, knowledge, and virtues. Consequently, these allow the student to identify his virtues, master its virtues, and apply them. In the same way, identify their weaknesses to strengthen, and emphasize them daily for their improvements. For example, if you ask a boss they would tell you that an internship is not a paying job. As revealed, an apprentice is an unwavering job opportunity, where you can learn and put your skills to use daily. Not only that, but it also allows the apprentice to learn about the regulations and laws in the work area. While putting into practice and charging, the student is being informed ethically. Virtual internships were an option considered throughout the last few years. Notably, the tech ages have pushed bosses and educators to evolve. Alternatively, the future of work is a foundation of internships, so in 2017, co-founders of CRCC in Asia decided to improve and create change. Consequently, internships have had a large increase in population. They have been criticized at times, although, due to the current situation, they have been acclaimed and desired by both the boss and the public. It has made an appealing effort during difficult times during this pandemic. Meanwhile, people had been suffering from economic dues by the pandemic situation; virtual internships had been offered worldwide for the benefit of people.

The real terror of a student is finishing his studies, applying to a job, and having trouble fitting completely with the qualifications it asks.
