PaperTruths joined Wikipedia on May 21, 2006, because she wanted to improve the article on rolling pins. (No, seriously.) She's 24, lives in Missouri, and has many, many hobbies. This is apparently going to be the latest one. She really, really welcomes advice and guidance from veteran Wikipedians, because she lives in mortal fear of screwing something up. It took her about an hour just to work up the gumption to try her hand at the rolling pin thing. She feels ridiculous writing about herself in the third person, and is thinking about smacking herself with a rolling pin if she mentions the dratted things one more time on this page.
Status: Dabbling here and there as I wiki-wander, but within the next month or so I'll be looking to get more deeply into some kind of project again. It's been so long since I did anything much around here that I'm not sure what changes have been made in rules and procedure, so I'll be brushing up on that and looking for someplace I might lend a hand. - Apollon Limassol: Figure out just what to tag this article with in the way of cleanup, for it certainly needs some! Noticed this on a shoot-through on behalf of some quick Typo Patrolling, but it seemed silly to fix a word when the whole thing needs fixing. I haven't the time or patience to do it myself, nor quite the knowledge to tag it appropriately for someone else to do so, but I can't just ignore it. On a day I've got a bit more patience, I must at least sort through the numerous templates and usage notes and guidelines and whatnot and figure out how best to draw it to the attention of those who can fix it. — 03:16, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
