Timeline frog is an amateur historian. His sole purpose in editing any article will be to add details where missing and will only use sources.specifically edits will be aimed at things such as adding dates where none is provided or enhancing regnal lists(again using specific references). Also starting articles about personages in history alluded to in other articles or lists that do not have their own articles so that more professional historians can add details which may enhance my own knowledge.

My current contributions have been with regard to creating biographical articles of kings mentioned in the lists of the Kings of Ulster; Connacht; and Munster articles.Only a few of the more prominent kings had been mentioned or link off these pages. At first these articles will rely on the annals of ireland and i will not clutter them up with the various discrepancies in dates. The Chronology of the Irish annals by dan Mccarthy is my standard for dates.I will be attempting to standardize names as much as possible daunting though that seems to me due to the different dates of the sources and chandges of spelling. Will attempt to use old irish spellings for that time period.I hope to expand on these subjects later as i explore more sources and the works and opinions of modern professional historians.

I will also be expanding refernces to kings of Munster,Connaught and Leinster as it seems only the Ui Neill kings have been given intense treatment obviously since they were ard-ri.

Recently cleaned up some articles on the pre-italian invasion Lombard kings. The information was very unreferenced and seems to come from italian and german wiki users who refernce italian and german historians without notes so that specific circumstances can be looked up.Frustrating.

My stubs are usually fairly informative and I wont clutter up the wiki with stubs that only give a name and date like i have seen in other regnal and noble biograpy articles. My opinion is that if you only have a name and date as your info then keep the data where it belongs in a list and not in a seperate article.

Plan to become the dark age king of wiki.
