I am a undergraduate student at Rice University studying Psychology, and I am extremely interested in health disparities as well as the social aspect of care. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, reading, and traveling. In the future, I plan to study medicine, with a focus on catering to undeserved and underrepresented communities and minorities. I look forward to working on an article and increasing my knowledge on a wide variety of topics!

I am interested in studying the social determinants of health in our country today. Another topic I am interested in studying is the legacy of slavery and how it can still be felt in America today, specifically through institutional racism.
